Scoring formula combines category weight (your stated priority order), task priority (High/Medium/Low), and urgency bonus (overdue, due today, due this week). Recurring tasks track streaks. Goals break down into scored sub-tasks. No manual re-sorting — the ranking updates itself as due dates and priorities change.
n8n workflow engine is bundled in the stack. Automate lead searches, follow-up sequences, reports, alerts — no separate tool, no extra subscription.
Personal and business workflow cards, import/run/logs via the n8n REST API directly from the app. Business workflows can auto-sync from version-controlled stub files. No vendor dependency — n8n runs inside your own Docker Compose stack, not a hosted third-party service.
One install supports a whole household or small business team. Shared task pools, team calendar, role-based access, and per-user AI context.
Personal and business workspaces are structurally isolated — no data can cross between a household task pool and a business team pool by design, not just by convention. Per-user module visibility, admin-controlled roles, and individual AI preferences on top of one shared install.
